Adam Leonti, who has led the kitchen at Philadelphia’s acclaimed Vetri for over four years, is returning to his Brooklyn hometown to serve as the executive chef at a brand-new restaurant. The concept is yet to receive a name, but here’s what is known: Hospitality connoisseurs Evan Altman and James Stuart are behind the eight-story Williamsburg Hotel on Wythe Avenue and North 10th Street, and in addition to Leonti’s restaurant, there could be as many as six on-premise bars — with one bar inside of a water tower.
