The Mission’s latest sausage and beer spot — which joins nearby similar operations Rosamunde and Pig & Pie — has opened its doors, and it’s name is Paprika (3324 24th Street at Mission). It’s in the former El Trebol space, and as Urban Daddy reveals, the team behind it is “a Honduran woman, her Czech boyfriend and his Swiss-German buddy.” It’s a bare-bones, brauhaus affair with a variety of sausage options, German beers, and some “rare pilsners from small towns outside Prague.” Also, there are big boots to drink out of, and there’s a jukebox.
