Abbot’s Cellar (742 Valencia) just joined the ranks of the Top 100 this week, and also this week chef Adam Dulye is launching a new “At the Bar” menu, with items all priced in the $7 to $9 range and available from 5:30 to 7 p.m. only. It’s a rotating selection of three shareable small plates, and this week those are meatballs, duck rillettes on toast, and crispy cauliflower with caper aioli, all meant to be paired with beer. These items won’t be on the regular à la carte menu, and as a reminder the restaurant also offers a four-course tasting menu nightly for $55, or $75 with beer pairings.
