Well, barely fourteen months after opening, it looks like Lot 7 (974 Valencia at 21st) is closed. Eater got the tip, and the phone and OpenTable are both offline, so yes, it’s looking pretty grim for the little seafood-centric spot. Though it falls outside the three-block stretch in which those 1,000 new restaurant seats were added in the last two years, it is the second closure, after Wo Hing General Store, in the inevitable shakeout as the Valencia corridor comes to terms with how many restaurants it can realistically support.
