Three Patrons Stabbed After Leaving Infusion Lounge

Another bit of nightlife violence came early Wednesday as three club-goers were stabbed by the same assailant after leaving the popular Infusion Lounge (124 Ellis Street). The stabbings all took place around 1:30 a.m. and may have been connected to something that occurred inside the club, as the Examiner reports. Two male victims who are friends, aged 24 and 26, were stabbed while walking to their cars, and both identified 28-year-old Lavon Carraway of San Francisco as the sole suspect. Police then connected the dots to a third victim, a 23-year-old Richmond woman who was pulled over on suspicion of a DUI around 5 a.m., and who was stabbed in the buttocks around the same time as the other two, also after leaving Infusion. No motive has been identified, and the two male victims claim that Carraway stabbed them “for no reason.” [Examiner, Earlier]
