Erin Wade and Allison Arrevalo, the two women who opened Homeroom, Oakland’s favorite mac-and-cheese restaurant in 2011, struck a deal with Ten Speed Press to publish The Mac + Cheese Cookbook: 50 Simple Recipes from Homeroom, America’s Favorite Mac and Cheese Restaurant. The book features recipes from the restaurant like Triple Cream Mac, Tuna Mac, and Sriracha Mac, along with a few side dishes and desserts. The book is already available for pre-order on Amazon, but won’t be released until August 20.
