Tomorrow, March 22, marks the return of Off the Grid Fort Mason Center, which is ringing in three years as San Francisco’s first and biggest, multi-pronged mobile food market. They’re coming back to some fine spring weather, and bringing along some new vendors including Chotto, The Old World Food Truck, The Whole Beast, and Side Pony, whose specialty is a duck larb sandwich with keffir lime aioli. (See the full roster here.) Also for 2013, there are some new drinking options, and a new prix fixe feature too.

For booze, in addition to previous favorites Magnolia and The Alembic, Stag Dining Group will be unveiling a selection of barrel-aged cocktails and S.F. microbrews for the tasting under the name Derby. And, Quality Beverage Company is hosting a new wine bar, featuring wines by the glass from an innovative, bottle-free, barrel dispensing system. And in addition to several wines, they’ll have hot sake and spiced mulled wine too.

The new prix fixe option, which we’d recommend you reserve ahead, allows you to have a more composed and civilized dining experience from one of several vendors, including Azalina’s Malaysian, and Stag Dining Group, for $40 to $50 per person. An added bonus: You’ll get to eat in a heated, seated lounge area. See more details and reserve here.

The fun starts at 5 p.m., and we’d recommend showing up early to beat the hordes.

Also, look out for the return of Off the Grid’s popular Presidio Picnics, on Sundays starting April 21.
