We told you last month about the upcoming casual spinoff of Acquerello, called 1760, that is on its way this spring to 1760 Polk Street (the former Parilla space). Now we get word that Acquerello chefs Suzette Gresham and Mark Pensa, along with 1760 executive chef Adam Tortosa, are doing a preview dinner in conjunction with SF Chefs on April 22. Tickets are $150 per person, and will include gratuity, multiple courses, and paired beverages.
