The Irish chef Conrad Gallagher — who gained accolades and fame in his mid-twenties for his cooking in New York and Ireland, and was last seen trying to make the bordelaise-y Purple Fig bistro work on the Upper West Side — is opening a new restaurant called PoshBurger Bistro in Las Vegas next month, reports Eater. Apart from his cooking, Gallagher has been accused of operating his restaurants illegally, as well as of not paying staff and purveyors.
