You may recall how Out the Door at the food court at the Westfield closed last fall due to flooding in the mall. Well, that was their second flood, and it seems Charles Phan did not get the compensation he wanted, negotiation-wise, and the restaurant won’t be reopening. As the Scoop reports, the space has already transformed into a retail space for Flying Elephant, which is some kind of Asian nicknack store.
