Upscale, New York-born Mexican chain Rosa Mexicano has arrived, ladies and gents, and it opens tonight on the Mission Street side of the One Market complex. You can check out the dinner menu here, and you should note that there are a few dishes that they’ve added especially for the San Francisco location, from executive chef David Suarez and consulting chef Jonathan Waxman, including a tortilla pie with Mary’s chicken, and a cheese fondue with chorizo from 4505 Meats. In the cocktail department, they’ve got a hefty selection of tequilas, an array of margarita options, and sangria by the pitcher — including a $43 Sangria Organica with organic cucumber vodka, Chardonnay, pineapple, and lime. See our full slideshow, including some food shots.
