Lot 46 (46 Geary Street), the nightclub that was the sight of an unfortunate shooting in late 2010, appears to be changing hands. Grub Street finds a new liquor license going in under the names Gabriel McWilliams and Chad Baumbach, with no registered business name. Perhaps they’ll be doing something other than a nightclub in the space, since several Yelpers have noted that there are “a lot of stairs,” and as we all know, drunk people don’t do well with stairs. As far as we know, Lot 46 remains open for now.
