Michael Mina announced last month that his old friend and colleague Ron Siegel would be coming to take over the kitchen at Michael Mina as executive chef. Well, after a few weeks of transitioning away from his post at Parallel 37, Siegel has arrived, and Mina just Instagrammed one of the first of Siegel's dishes: a kona kampachi featuring "a really cool soy salt!" As reported earlier, Siegel and Mina will be collaborating on a new menu, which should be live shortly.
