What to Eat at MAU, Now Open on Valencia

We mentioned this week that MAU, the new Southeast Asian-inspired restaurant from former Slow Club chef Sante Salvoni and Tin Vietnamese owner Hung Dang, just softly opened at 665 Valencia. Well, now we bring you the full menu, which features tempura sardines; a pork and soft tofu noodle soup; a fried whole striped bass for two; and something that you don’t see much of outside deepest Chinatown, braised chicken feet. We’re sure that dish is bound to win folks some foodie-hipster cred when they order it.
