As we're sure you've heard, S.F.'s own Chris Cosentino, of Incanto, won the fourth season of Top Chef Masters last night. (Grub Street's own Alan Sytsma even made an appearance at the final critic's table.) Well, now hear him talk like he really talks, without the benefit of basic-cable bleeping, via a new video of outtakes and profane words of wisdom from his recent cookbook tour. To wit: "No matter how much parsley you put on a piece of shit, it still doesn't taste good."
