What to Eat on AQ’s New Tasting Menu

We’ve come full circle with the seasons at AQ, which opened last fall with its initial décor of copper bar tops and autumn foliage, and with last weekend’s equinox they’ve just made the switch once again. Also, along with a few new dishes for fall, chef Mark Liberman has launched a new seven-course tasting menu, which is a steal at $68 per person (with $45 additional for beverage pairings).
