We’re stumped.
The empty Water Lounge space at 5634 College Avenue in Oakland is getting a renovation which will open up that solid facade to the street. And Diablo Dish reports that the owner already has a taker for the space, but all he’ll say is that it’s a San Francisco chef (rumored to be French) who’s bringing in “a café/bistro concept that would fit in well with the neighborhood.” We don’t have any guesses on this one because it’s probably not a big name, but tips would be welcome.
