It’s been almost nine months since Elizabeth Falkner shuttered her big SoMa restaurant Orson (and subsequently high-tailed it to New York), but this morning we discover that the space at 508 Fourth Street has a taker. Local entrepreneur Kingston Wu, a Berkeley MBA grad who’s dabbled in club promotion among other ventures, appears on a liquor license for the space with the business name Drake. Like Orson, Drake would be a restaurant with a full bar, and we’ve reached out to Wu for some more details. File under: Developing. [Grub Street]
