As reported in the spring, American Grilled Cheese Kitchen (1 South Park) snagged the now shuttered Mission location of Café Gratitude (2400 Harrison Street at 20th), which will become their second grilled-cheese emporium by next month or early October. Today we bring you a peek inside at the construction, which just got underway. We’re awaiting word back from the team about a more exact opening timeframe, so stay tuned.
