We warned you last week, and in fact it came to pass that Amber Dhara opened on Sunday in it massive new space at 680 Valencia (next door to Luna Park). The space, which has been hidden behind plywood for well over a year now, seats a whopping 275 people including a large mezzanine section and a huge bar and lounge area. We've got the opening menu for you, which is a somewhat more casual version of the Amber India menu, but only a little less expensive. And we've got some photos.
