Mission Bowling Club (3176 17th Street) just launched a brunch menu, and Serious Eats wasted no time in checking it out. There is a very satisfying plate of chilaquiles in there, a loco moco with a Mission burger patty; biscuits and sausage gravy; Dungeness crab Benedict; and fried chicken and waffles where the chicken is battered with ground-up chicken skin. Yes. So you can have a side of fried skin with your fried skin. And it looks extra crispy too. [Serious Eats]
