It’s a New Orleans tradition, and it’s not on the regular menu at Boxing Room (Gough and Grove), but chef Justin Simoneaux will make one for you if you ask. As Eater explains, it’s nice carb bomb that is just the stuff for curing nasty hangovers (not to mention stoner food), with a baguette that’s slathered in mayonnaise and topped with French fries, bacon-giblet gravy, and cheddar cheese, and then baked.
