Both Locanda and Bar Tartine had to close last night due to a power outage on the block at about 5:30 p.m. Locanda had the luxury of moving some of their reservations over to Delfina and Pizzeria Delfina, but many were left stranded. As far as we understand, both places will be open tonight. [Mission Local]
