But you’ll have a chance to taste it before then at— where else, the May edition of Dose Market, which is becoming the debutante ball for new restaurant concepts. We’ll have more about that market closer to its date, which is May 13.
• If you’re looking for a new place to wait in line for breakfast at the Bongo Room, it’s now open in Andersonville. Eater talked to the owners.
• Crain’s reports that Mercadito Hospitality will open something in The Talbott Hotel this fall, replacing whatever’s there that no one ever noticed. This does not seem to typically be a problem for Mercadito’s concepts, like Tavernita, but it will be at least a couple of months before we know what it will be, apparently. [Chicago Business]
