Spring is and always was a popular time to open a restaurant, and thus this month we’re seeing a bunch of anniversary events for some restaurants that made it through their first years and beyond. First off, tonight, they’re toasting to the fourth birthday of Camino in Oakland, chef Russell Moore’s much-loved California tavern. No need to reserve for the toast, but if you’d like to stay for dinner, here’s the menu, and you can reserve here. But that’s not the only party!

Social Kitchen and Brewery (1326 9th Avenue) is ringing in their second anniversary tonight with a party until 1 a.m. There’ll be $2 and $4 beer specials all night, live music, and they’ll be releasing their Anniverary Brune, a Belgian brune clocking in at 8.8% ABV. More event details here.

And last but not least, Comstock Saloon is celebrating two years in business with another of their free brunch deals on Saturday.* Buy any two cocktails, enjoy some live music, and you’ll be treated to a free Hangtown Fry brunch. This deal runs from 2 to 4 p.m., but the music runs all day, there’ll be drink specials all day, and, in keeping with the North Beach/Barbary Coast environs, a live burlesque act.

*This post has been corrected to show that the Comstock event is on Saturday, not Sunday. The bar will be closed Sunday.
