These days pretty much everyone offers something gluten-free. Unfortunately for celiac sufferers, the Wheat Beer Festival may not be your cup of tea, or glass of beer. Whichever you’d prefer. There will, however be over 30 different wheat beers offered. You know, for everyone else. Sorry guys.

South Philly Tap Room Chef Scott Schroeder will be grilling and chilling throughout the event, beginning at 12 p.m., this Saturday, May 19. “Expert delegates” from each of the breweries will be on site. Beer tickets are going for $3 each. Otherwise, it’s free and open to the public. Come for the beer, enjoy the BBQ, and listen to some local bands.
