The unfortunate Folsom Street flooding and subsequent cleanup after last week's rain storms led to Michelin two-starred Saison having to close for several days, losing some significant revenue but getting what was likely a much-needed break for the team. They did not make it open on Saturday as planned, but they are ready to go this evening having cleared any health department hurdles related to the cleanup, as the reservationist tells Grub Street. All those with missed reservations last week have been rescheduled.
