Almost a year after a fire ripped through the residential hotel where Moya originally opened near Folsom and Sixth, the Ethopian restaurant gets a rebirth today at Ninth and Minna Streets, in the ground floor of a new building there. The menu is much the same as before, but the environs are a little nicer, and as the Scoop reports, they’re doing more of a fast-casual, counter format now, not full service. Also, as before, there’s Ethiopian-style coffee from Equator, as well as American pastries in the morning, and snack options like injera rolls with chickpea-stew spread. [Scoop, Earlier]
