Something called the Porch Light Storytelling Series, which devotes nights of readings to people from various professions, is doing a night next week devoted to restaurant industry tales called “Kitchen Confidential” (borrowing a title from Mr. Bourdain). Monday’s event will feature true-life tales from Locanda chef Anthony Strong, BBQ expert Dontaye Ball, food writer Stephanie Lucianovic, and cook/teacher/writer Samin Nosrat.
