Thermidor Looks to Be Shuttered

The retro-themed Thermidor on Mint Plaza appears to have given up the ghost in the last week, after reports in January that the restaurant was on the market. The Scoop takes note that they’ve taken their OpenTable offline and were dark all weekend, and Grub Street has reached out to partner Neil Jorgensen to see if there’s been a buyer, or if there are any further details. Along with chef Bruce Binn, Jorgensen opened both Spork and Thermidor, and as you may know Spork has now morphed into the temporary Rice Broker, which will live until a developer’s wrecking ball comes its way, maybe later this year.
