It’s finally here, folks, and faster than we thought! Mission Bowling Club (3176 17th Street) is due to swing open its doors Monday evening to a ready and waiting gang of bowling fans, both hipster-ironic and sincere. Mission Local brings the news, along with the menu from chef Anthony Myint (Mission Street Food), which includes the long-awaited return of the Mission Burger, a well aged patty coated in caramelized onions, Jack, and caper aioli.

Now, we should note that while this opening date is coming from co-owner Sommer Peterson, we can’t confirm that all their inspections are complete, and things like this can always be a little slippery. But as it stands, you can get excited, and see the full menu below.

The first week’s hours will be 6 p.m. to 11 p.m., with slightly expanded hours to follow. As we mentioned earlier, the place won’t be open past midnight on weekends, which had to have been a compromise with planning/the neighbors, in this somewhat off-the-beaten trail location (near South Van Ness).

Lane prices will be $35 to $55 per hour, and there will be a daily happy hour from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. And there are only six lanes, so expect a wait. (It’s unclear when and if they’ll take reservations.)

Also, don’t forget… full bar!
