The 30,000 orthopedic surgeons descending on the Moscone Center next week will have a couple new food options nearby, as Saturday will mark the reopening of a portion of the remodeled Metreon complex. A few of the chain-restaurant tenants will open this weekend, including Buckhorn Grill (which had been in the food court earlier), SoGreen Yogurt, and San Francisco Soup Company, along with the 470-seat “dining terrace” facing Yerba Buena Gardens, to be followed shortly thereafter by Brandy Ho’s, Chipotle, Cako Creamery, La Boulange, and some others. Also coming soon will be the new Fourth Street box-office entrance to the upstairs movie theater, and the booze-selling Target will make its debut in October. [Chron, Earlier]
