Over at the Chron we find Janny Hu pinch-hitting for Bauer in today's Datebook review, with the paper's first review of Potrero breakfast-lunch-and-brunch spot Plow (1299 18th Street at Texas). Much like Patty Unterman before her, Janny finds it incredibly charming with exceptional eggs, potatoes, and such, but wishes the hungry hordes had never discovered the place. Brunch lines are reportedly a lot to bear, and the wait for your food can be long. [Editors' Note: We do not like to wait for our first meal of the day. Ever.] But nevertheless she gives them an enthusiastic two and a half stars. Queue more hungry hordes. [Chron]
