O3 Bistro & Lounge (524 Van Ness), the new, more upscale offshoot of the O-Zone Thai mini-empire that opened last month, just launched a cocktail menu. On it are things like a wasabi Bloody Mary and a Far East Capirinha, which has chiles and lychee in it. [7x7]
