More on Boukiés (That Is, the Heartbreak That Was ‘Heartbreak’)

Some feta with that drama?
Some feta with that drama?

Christos Valtzoglou — who closed his restaurant, Heartbreak, just two days before it won it a Michelin star — has revealed more info about Boukiés (which means “small bites” in Greek). The super-Grecian meze restaurant has enlisted Diane Kochilas as consulting chef, along with Stefan Sanders as chef de cuisine. The restaurant will open in March, featuring Athens-like taverna classics such as eggplant “dolmas” with spiced ground meat and feta-filo flutes with Greek honey. As reported earlier, Boukiés will offer only two main courses: grilled lamb chops and Greek grilled fish. Opa!
