Fusebox, an izakaya-style Korean place specializing in kkochi-gui (skewers), is nearing its opening at 2311 Magnolia Street in West Oakland. They’re still putting finishing touches on their space, but you can see some food previews via their Facebook page, with some enticing fusion-y stuff like hamachi tartar topped with green onions and lime caviar, and air-dried boneless rainbow trout with ao nori, radish, and turnip greens.
