Camino’s Russell Moore Plans Send-Off for Crab Season

Plans for the Feb. 20 dinner are still TBA.

Dungeness crab season is winding down (sadface), and there are only two more opportunities to try Camino's wood-fire roasted crab at their Monday crab feeds. Chef Russell Moore, whose mom is Korean, tells SF Mag that he's planning a special send-off for the season on February 27, featuring some homemade kimchi that he's been fermenting for years.
