Old-timey ice cream shop and soda fountain The Ice Cream Bar (815 Cole) is almost ready to make its debut after some lengthy delays. As Eater reports, owner Juliet Pries is aiming to open January 21, with about a dozen flavors of ice cream, as well as a nostalgic soda fountain menu, on which Rickhouse bartender Russell Davis has been doing some consulting.
