SF Grill Opening in Beautifull Space in Castro; ForageSF Hosts Wild Kitchen à la Carte Dinner; and More

Castro: SF Grill Castro Almost Famous Panini Sandwiches, SF Grill for short, is moving in to the storefront space at Gold’s Gym (2301 Market Street) most recently home to Beautifull! This is the stated website, but it doesn’t appear to be live yet, and the windows remain papered over. [Grub Street]
Also, up the street at Bisou (2367 Market Street), the little bistro reopens tonight after a week’s hiatus, allegedly for remodeling, though things look pretty much the same. [Grub Street]
Mission: ForageSF announced a new series of Wild Kitchen dinners January 20 to 21 at 710 Florida Street. Instead of doing a prix fixe, the deal is à la carte this time (menus here). Walk-ins are welcome, and reservations will only be accepted for parties of six or more by emailing kathryn@foragesf.com. [Grub Street]
Also, the Namu boys are doing a series of pop-up preview dinners, in advance of the opening of Namu Gaji (scheduled for late February), at Four Barrel (375 Valencia), January 13 and 20. Get tickets here. [Eater, Earlier]
FiDi: Perbacco is doing a “Friends of James Beard” dinner this Saturday, January 14, featuring Chicago chef and Top Chef Masters contestant Tony Mantuano (Spiaggia). It’s $165 per person and will benefit the James Beard House. Reserve at 415.955.0663. [Grub Street]
