General manager Bobi Adle, most recently in the employ of Frances, has just moved down the Peninsula to take over operations at Manresa. This morning chef David Kinch also announced the date of this winter’s Citrus Modernista Dinner ($165 per person), on February 26, which always draws a crowd to enjoy Kinch’s unique uses of obscure citrus varieties like Kalpi lime, Vangassay lemon, and Indio Mandarinquat. Also, as the Scoop notes, the restaurant’s four-course prix fixe — updated daily online along with the regular tasting menu — has gone up $10 to $125. The tasting menu remains $175. [Manresa, Scoop]
