A downtown shop has decided to ride the gluten-free-trend wave, and cease serving one the world’s finest vehicles of gluten. Union Square-adjacent Crêpe o Chocolat (75 O’Farrell Street) has rebranded itself Bio, and nixed the crêpes completely!
