Much like he named a pizza (the Ilaria) after his new bride when he relocated to San Francisco and opened Una Pizza Napoletana here, master pizzaiolo Anthony Mangieri has just added another new pie to his brief menu, and it’s in honor of the birth of his baby daughter last summer. The Apollonia, as Eater reports, is served on Saturdays only, and features the first meat topping Mangieri has used since 1996. The pizza is topped with salami, buffalo mozzarella, garlic, Alder Lane Farm eggs, parmigiano, and basil. [Eater]
