Just as that McDonald's operator hatched a plan to comply with San Francisco's new Happy Meal toy ordinance while still selling Happy Meals with toys in them (they're just charging an extra ten cents for the toy), Burger King announced it will do the same thing to comply with the law, and charge a dime for their kids' meal trinkets.
