We know our meat in the Bay Area, and Chris Cosentino's Incanto and Duskie Estes's Zazu restaurant were named on a list of the "10 Meatiest Restaurants" in America by the Daily Meal. Estes, of course, and husband John Stewart were crowned the King and Queen of Porc at this years Grand Cochon in Aspen. [Daily Meal]
