Yet another hotel restaurant in S.F. is getting an overhaul, and this time it's at the Mandarin Oriental (222 Sansome), where the hotel is getting a major renovation over the next six months, under new owners. As the Chron reports, the hotel's restaurant Silks will remain open through the spring, throughout the renovation, at which point it will close and a new restaurant will open elsewhere in the hotel.
