Back in May we mentioned that mid-Market mini-club Etiquette Lounge (1108 Market Street, the one near 7th with that signage that said "Love will solve all your problems/Love will only let you down") was becoming something called Fuel. Well, that has come to pass, and Fuel debuted in recent weeks, and Grub Street now learns that the place is actually a little naughtier than we first understood. It features some "old-fashioned" burlesque, in addition to bottle service (gotta keep it classy!), and they've hosted some private parties recently called "Peek-a-Boo" and "Glitterazzi" with a fair amount of bustier action going on (see semi-NSFW photos here).
Of course, we should mention that such stuff fits right in in the neighborhood, which is also home to the much dirtier Market Street Cinema (more of a strip club than a cinema) across the street, and the New Century Theater down the street.
Anyhow, a liter of Grey Goose will run you $220, and the place would probably make for a slightly less seedy bachelor-party destination than the MSC. But, you know, without the full-frontal.
