AQ Restaurant, which we showed you a sneak peek of last week, will swing open for business tomorrow evening, November 3, at 6 p.m. You can take a gander at the finalized menu here, which features some delicious-sounding stuff from chef-partner Mark Liberman, including monkfish roasted with hops; slow-cooked veal breast with orange, oregano, and sweetbreads; and suckling pig two ways.

As for the cocktail program, there will be just beer-and-wine cocktails to start, with a full cocktail list debuting in about two weeks (the license got a little delayed). Additionally there’s a full wine list curated by beverage director Kristen Capella with the help of Master Sommelier Jesse Becker.

Also of note, portions of the decor will change with the seasons along with the menu, including some tree installations which will obviously feature colorful foliage for autumn.
