The Healthy Fast-Food Menu at LYFE Kitchen, Now Complete With Prices and Calorie Counts

The opening is tomorrow, but the ribbon cutting with Art Smith is next Tuesday, the 18th.

The time has come, and LYFE Kitchen, the new fast-food chain focused on under-600-calorie meals — conceived by a couple of former McDonald's execs and Chicago chef Art Smith — is ready to be born in Palo Alto tomorrow. The name stands for "Love Your Food Every day," and one of their opening taglines is "Lyfe [sic] is sweet when you're caring for the earth and its children." Aww. We told you it was coming, and gave a preview of the menu, but below we've got the whole printed thing, prices, calories, clean fonts, and all.

You'll note that the highest-calorie item is the Classic Burger, at 591 calories.
