Not your average potluck.

The November issue of Martha Stewart Living is out, and in it local underground chef and educator Samin Nosrat is featured amongst a group of friends for an “orphans” Thanksgiving potluck in Oakland, which of course looks way more awesome than any potluck you or we have ever been to. There’s a ballantine/roulade of turkey from Nosrat, and some tasty looking sides, and none of the ambrosia salad and Safeway pie we’d expect when we hear the word “potluck.” [MSL via Facebook]
