We missed her name because we were kind of scanning past all the Atlanta and Seattle chefs in the cast of the upcoming Top Chef: Texas, but there is one formerly local chef in the mix who recently relocated to Atlanta herself: Janine Falvo, who vacated her post at Carneros Bistro in Sonoma in March to head to Briza in the ATL.
